Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Delivery is carried out via BoxNow parcel lockers throughout Croatia. Customers can select the nearest or most convenient locker during the checkout process.

• Delivery cost: €2.99 (VAT included)

• Free delivery for orders over €30.00

• Delivery time: 1–3 business days from the handover of the package

Customers will receive an SMS and/or e-mail notification when the package is ready for pickup at the selected locker. The package will remain in the locker for 72 hours.
