Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Return conditions:

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

• The customer covers the cost of return shipping, except in cases of a complaint regarding a damaged or incorrectly delivered product

Refunds are processed within 5 business days from the receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
